Have you been banned before: like 13 times :P
Reason for Admins to Unban: After serving 124 days in jail I would like to appeal my ban and apologize for my behavior, I understand that I took my flaming too far and I'm sorry for that too. I also hope to get the permanent warn that was given to me by skullfire removed... I still don't feel like it was justified to begin with, and he cemented his antagonistic stance when he had his meltdown before being banned. I feel like I'm on parole with the permanent 22 points on my record, please at least get rid of 10

Completely on board with getting rid of Skullfire's warn and keeping you there, wherever that puts you. Brother was crashing out and that warn was part of it. Obviously you'll still be on a pretty short leash, you'd have very little leeway before another perm, but yeah. +1

Hey caribou, I have a couple questions for you:
1) Why do you think, given your history, you shouldnt have such a probationary period when the last time you were unbanned you only lasted 5 days before getting banned for server lagging and then lasted 3 days after that one expired before the skullfire ban?
2) What's going to change? Like chibill said, this is your 2nd warn point perma ban that you're appealing. It is also your 9th warn point ban, in general. What do you believe is a fair way to ensure this doesnt continue and what would you do to ensure this cycle stops?

-1, even if we discard what skullfire did, your record speaks for itself, you've been known for pushing the line with people just to get your kicks and when people catch you you pull up the "Oh but I didn't, oh but she/he/they did, oh but Idc xD"

1) You're right, I do think I should have a probationary period, just not one that's on the edge of a perma everytime...
2) I'm not going to lie and tell you I'm 100% changed and the cycle's over. I do however believe that I am capable of keeping my word and following the rules. Everytime I would get in trouble it would be on purpose, for fun. Therefore I understand the reluctance to unban me considering my history, but I don't think what I do is egregious enough to warrant a perma ban, and I think I served a long sentence.

This is purely an isolated incident with skullfire... unless it's not and you're willing to explain?

I will, you have repeated harassed people (dont have discord open to the diacussion that went on before the warn was apply as I am at work.) which if you recall was brought up in the appeal from the time of warn, and was indeed part of why it ended up being a harassment warn and not just a flaming / trolling.

I don't recall to be honest.. I did go back to the thread though and what I gathered was that admins agreed on a trolling/flaming and also allowed skullfire to up it to harassment if he deemed it necessary, and he did with clouded judgement. Someone did mention it to be a "blanket warn" but that was shut down too. Nevertheless I understand that I did take it too far with my fat "jokes" and I apologize
