Other: He threw an incen and 2 people decided to stand in it and another got caught in the explosion.
I personally think this should be a reduction because in general he is a good member of the ttt community. he made me feel very welcome when i first started here
Sure he made a mistake but who doesn't.

Played with Swan Police plenty of times to know he's a good regular, should be unbanned.

Yeah swan is generally a pretty cool guy, never seen him really do much before so +1 for reduction / unban with slays added.
Kind of wondering why he didn't make this himself, though.

Honestly though, he's been around a while and knows his way around server quite well. I don't think he would ever intend to mass.
