Who banned you: TheUltraFish
Reason for ban: "Hacking"
Reason for Admins to unban you: I was grinding the heck out of this server and I just randomly got banned for "hacking". Everyone besides the mod (TheUltraFish) on discord were very helpful with the sus ban.
Extra details/information: Was considering donating before I got banned, possible monetary gain through a GMOD server and your mods are just throwing it away. Disappointing experience to say the least. Also I got banned on my birthday so I was literally just trying to enjoy the day with some prop hunt and that happens.

Your attitude is nothing short of entitled and rude. If I could -1 for that I would, but I don’t doubt Fish’s judgement with a hacking ban either.

Since your main account was banned for hacking or any other violation, returning on an alt is considered punishment evasion. This only hurts your case when trying to get unbanned.
As another note, slandering staff in community discord is not wise as this can also hurt your unban appeal. This also makes you look more toxic and as a community we don't want more toxicity.
TheUltraFish (Who is an Admin not a Mod) has the evidence that supports your ban.
I suggest being patient as people do have lives outside of Gmod and a response will be given when able.

I want to make a few things clear, I admit I was being too aggressive on discord after feeling like I had been cheated and few took me seriously. I felt that I needed to bring attention to a possible corrupt admin, and the way I went about doing was lashing out- not my original intention, I apologize and can submit a formal apology to admins or staff if you need but frustration had built after seemingly being taken advantage of. I blew this out of proportion this much only because I enjoy playing on Dinklebergs and I don't like being taken advantage of.
I'm not a bad guy, just had bad luck.

Nobody here owes you a thing just so we are clear. Donating does not make you a customer; you are not buying a service or good. You get perks for donating to support the server. Moreover, the staff + fellow community members don’t owe you good customer service, or their time/pleasure. They will give you these things because they’re kind and care about the community, but they don’t owe you anything just because you MIGHT play and you MIGHT donate.
Again, you talk like you are owed something - entitlement. In the most inoffensive way possible, get over yourself.

There is a different between donating and buying. I don't know how I would need to explain this to someone but when you donate, you are giving without any expectation of something in return to help support a community. You only get perks for donating as a "Thank you for donating" gift. Even if you did donate, it wouldn't make you a customer, it would make you what the rank is called, a Donor. The reason why I donated towards this server is because my wages had just come in, I felt very welcome (I still do) in a brilliant community and I wanted to give something to support it and keep it going. I'm not trying to big myself up, I'm just stating the reason that pretty much every Donor had when they decided to give to the community. A non profit community.

I'm saying I enjoyed the server enough to donate, until people started being assholes because I called out a seemingly corrupt admin.

To reiterate Voss, you were banned on your main account for ghosting. It's good that you are taking responsibility for that, but just because you are taking responsibility, it doesn't excuse you from evading the ban by creating an alt. If you are banned, then you are banned from playing on the server entirely until your ban has been lifted. You attempted to play before the ban was lifted, therefore, you are now being punished for Punishment Evasion. I wouldn't make it personal if I were you by calling him "corrupt" and a "cunt". Just like all staff members, they are just following a guideline and a process.
