Eclipse is on the server. Chaser was at one point as well. Not sure why it was removed. I'll take a look at these sometime.

Cipher is a huge map. I'm pretty sure way too big to add to the server

After some testing, it really isn't all that big. Seems around the same size as some other maps. I like it,

we had the day version of westwood a while ago, fps killer and got rtv'd fast asf every time we played

idk if the night version is any different

Re-add Dinkleberg v12 and ttt_mall. I forgot why wall got removed but probably a relatively easy fix

mall was removed because it's unoptimized and garbage

Winter project's filesize is 207.9MBs. Even if compressed that will likely be too heavy for the server. 

The windmill map may be too small but I'll add both to the test server to mess around with.
