You do a great job in every aspect of staffing, handling issues on server, having meaningful contributions to discussions and issues that arise, and you try to see things from all perspectives. Im not all too concerned about your unresigning because like I stated in another thread recently unresigning can be a good thing. Ryan is able to be calm in most situations even the most wild ones which is something I respect. 1+ for mod.
