I will, you have repeated harassed people (dont have discord open to the diacussion that went on before the warn was apply as I am at work.) which if you recall was brought up in the appeal from the time of warn, and was indeed part of why it ended up being a harassment warn and not just a flaming / trolling.
I don't recall to be honest.. I did go back to the thread though and what I gathered was that admins agreed on a trolling/flaming and also allowed skullfire to up it to harassment if he deemed it necessary, and he did with clouded judgement. Someone did mention it to be a "blanket warn" but that was shut down too. Nevertheless I understand that I did take it too far with my fat "jokes" and I apologize
An admin told Skull that either a Flaming or Harassment warn would be appropriate and to use his best judgement. Skull along with 2 other staff members provided the evidence that lead to the Harassment warn, which was agreed on by another mod, a tmod, and himself. He did do the proper thing and bring it up to staff in discord, but I understand why it didn’t appear that way because of how he responded on the appeal.

The most diplomatic way to approach this would be to put you 1 harassment warn away from a perma considering your history, this would be like how actual probation would work too lmao. This would be fair to you because you are getting unbanned but also fair to the community since you were banned and warned for harassment multiple times. You are fun to play with when you're not harassing people, it's fun to hear the banter and funny mic while seeing you pwn noobs. When you weren't being an ass you were a positive on the server imo, even if a bit sweaty you were fun to joke and talk with.

Agreeing with Damien's comment, you were also surprisingly nice to me when I came back as well. Thanks for that btw, eitherway a probation period sounds like a good idea.

For removing Skullfire warn. If that still not enough to get Caribou unbanned then I would still like a unban for him since I personally liked the interactions with him. I miss his bhopping on innomotel.

Not that I expect anyone to take me at my word, but I pride myself in being able to tell when someone's problematic (no matter how good they are at hiding it) as I have a lot of experience dealing with people like that, and you were a very problematic person. I said it on the staff discord when I was still there, you tend to keep to yourself and don't talk much, but I don't recall a single time that you were talking that it wasn't to talk smack or complain about ridiculous things. Not to mention the times you've pushed the lines between the rules to simply to get a kick out of it, and there is a big difference between having fun with others and having fun at the expense of other people's fun. If I said there were simply mistakes, I'd be lying. You made choices that led you here.
You were also a cold and dismissive person towards me and others. Why? It's beyond me, and quite frankly it doesn't matter. I don't expect to be liked by everyone, nor would I want to, but its the type of behavior I would expect to have earned, not simply given for no good reason, and that alone speaks volumes about what kind of person you are. Your demeanor towards me only changed when I became staff, and it became crystal clear that you choose how to behave depending on whether there's staff present or not. This is not only my personal opinion, another ex-staff member pointed it out to me, but I didn't wanna take something like that seriously until I saw it myself.
All in all, I'd seriously question the decision-making of the current staff team if they chose to unban you. You have a history, there are patterns to your behavior, and while I know everyone is capable of change, I also know how difficult it is to genuinely do so. At the end of the day, words are just words.
I don't like getting involved in these unban requests, or any of the "drama" that happens in this forum, so it may as well be the first and last time I do so. Nevertheless, this is not my decision. I quite like being wrong and/or surprised by people, so I wish you luck whether its in-game or out there IRL.

The people who are saying he "pushes the line" act like they haven't broken a rule in their life. Rules get broken and some people break them more than others, doesn't mean they're a "cold and dismissive person". Should definitely keep a close eye on this guy though. Also a permawarn from skullfire for something that should've been a regular warn... :/

You have changed from when I first played with you on the server. When I first joined you were cool with me and honestly, playing with you and cherry that one night made me want to keep playing on Dinks. If you were still that guy, I’d be all for the probationary period. When you choose to belittle not just me but my friends, then I have an issue. Call me ugly all you want, but the night you were banned this last time was after flaming one of my friends.
I may not have been on the server as long as everyone else, but I’ve heard countless stories of the times you’ve been banned just to be unbanned because you’re friends with staff. If staff choose to unban you with probationary period, the question isn’t how long before you’re banned again, it’ll be how long before we’re back to this stage in the cycle?
