i dont really know, you seem to really want to get back on the server based on how much time it looks like you put into the unban. i want you to recognise that people are forced into afk after 3 rounds.so the entire thing was unnecessary. you are a regular, you should know the rules by this point. still im against loosing any more community members

-1, you are a regular. You should know not to rdm afk's by know. Considering you have been punished before for it. Also you don't act forgiving. I wouldn't really mind a perma on this one.

What problems foxka? Because from most of the people on the server they don't have a problem with me, you and starkly seem to be the only ones with problems towards me. Also last time I checked you were abusing your mod privelages and I had to call in Dink last time you were on.

What do you mean not forgiving. I apologized I didn't say I was wrong nor did I act like I wasn't in the wrong. I owed up to my actions and asked for a second chance, if I wasn't sorry I wouldn't be asking for an appeal. Also why is my case different from others, I've seen threads on here where people commited mass rdm and they were forgiven so why am I not forgiven...

also I've never been punished for it before, this is my first time being punished for anything mind you.

I don't have a stake in your ban or unban, but I will attest to Starky, and me, and others, telling you to stop talking about things that didn't pertain to the game.

How is it self drive, I didn't have a grudge against them or a motive to kill them. I did it because they were afk as stated earlier.

In all honestly, I can't remember if I gagged you or someone else. Someone was gagged though. I do, however, remember you talking about full metal alchemist afterwards though. I didn't hear you say that you were joking, it was loud and I muted the living after I died, so you very well could have.

Oof you said you didn’t do it out of self drive. Since they were afk, and you took the effort to rdm them, that means you had self drive to kill them. Also, a lot of people have problems with you. You are toxic, and reject the reality. Additionally, you are always arguing and rdming. Did you forget to include in your ban reason Consistent RDM?
