That means that the individual respondent is in support of the reduction of the length of your ban.

When an admin responds to this telling you what they have voted on regarding your unban request.

I played with this guy for a large portion of a day and he didn't seem to cause any problems them, if he was a mass RDM'er it would have shown early on. Just seems like a mistake that was punished to hard. But what do I know :p
