-1. Absolutely -not- lag. No sort of latency lag can cause you to snap like that, and your framerate was absolutely fine.

In the interest of transparency, I'm going to upload the demo files, so anyone can independently check them for further proof for or against the OP. @Red Panda says that not all of these demos may show hacking, and some of them might be trash.
