Don't really have an opinion one way or the other on a grasse unban, but using shaye as an example probably isn't the best idea since they currently have a threshold ban

Honestly, you are both a part of the admin team. You both represent the admin team in your responses. His response was about helping provide clarity. Yours was just hostile for no reason. You could have just provided the clarity and left it at that, but instead you added a snide remark at the end. Sort your shit out in private. Grasse was typically quite fine as a player and often helped deal with more annoying troublemakers. Id say watch how you mess with troublemakers to avoid trouble yourself. My only points against grasse would be all the slurring and anger at rdm/getting killed causing you to do more to get yourself into trouble. If you have truly improved on these issues then id say give Grasse a chance, but I also can easily see this just being the same as last time.

If he's going to drag it into the public, that's on him.

You know, most people understand when it's time to stand down and move on, but you're here tripling down on this.
Pride is your biggest pitfall. It's never changed, and I don't know if it'll ever change. You've always felt that you're always right, and you're not. This is one of those cases where you are in fact, in the wrong, and any further responses you're making just make yourself more of an embarrassment.
You couldn't just let it go, so here you are giving the last word. On an unban thread, about grasse, you've made it about yourself; shocking.
An admin, acting like this. It's sad how oblivious you are to how you come across to those you talk to. Always a "mightier than thou" approach with no regard for the feelings, thoughts, or literally anything that anyone who you interact with who isn't in one of your echo chambers of delusions.
And yes, I might be using harsh language towards you, but your attitude you've presented towards not only your admin but another staff member who are BOTH trying to be reasonable is just ridiculous.
If you all have to strike me for what I've said, so be it. Ryan and the Dinks community deserve better.
