Since I did it for the last ban, I am going to break down all the warns and bans again, since it does seem quite relevant since this is repeated behavior. (Apparently even all the way back in 2021 according to info in the appeal of the DDos Threat ban)

That was on my unban appeal after being banned for a year, I didn't really remember what I did since I've been gone for a while 2023-2024, and I already acknowledged it after the fact... and I'll be honest I don't recall interacting with some of the people -1ing.
