Something I've noticed is that you tend to be overly hostile towards people (staff members in particular) over things that very well could be a small misunderstanding. In my professional (yet shitposty) opinion, that's a manner that's very unfitting for someone who seems to wants to become staff.
As for this report, I wasn't there for it, and I have nothing else to add to the conversation that hasn't already been said.
