Definite hacks going on here, especially when he goes straight up to the wrenches in the second round. Around 7:50 the wrenches start.

Looking at the video, it appears that he has a hack looks like aimbot by how he tried shooting the prop propane and missing terribly with that shake and how the player snaps his head around when a prop is near him as well as predicting where the wrench prop is moving and shot where it will tried to juke him.
