these 2 friends on steam and joining opposite teams, killing eachother early round then blatantly going around killing everyone else without even pretending to search for other players. also being extremely toxic over voice chat

Nothing can be done about these players unless you post proof along with the request unfortunately. If you have a recording of them doing it, that would work perfectly.

You need videos or pictures of proof otherwise your ban request will not be accepted.
You got the names and ids that's good for a start but you need evidence like a video or screenshot or maybe one of your friends has a video and you can post it here.

These players can be added to a watchlist in case they continue this behaviour however unfortunately without any evidence there's not much else that can be done.
In future if you want to post ban requests I'd suggest having a read here https://www.dinklebergsgmod.com/site/Thread-IMPORTANT-READ-THIS-BEFORE-POSTING-BAN-REQUEST
and following this procedure, and gathering video/picture evidence to support your claims.
You can also ask for a staff member to come onto server by joining the discord, who will be able to handle the issue.

I'm going to close and lock this. It looks like a staff member may have been watching them at the time. As suggested make sure to gather evidence next time. With ghosting, video is pretty much mandatory in order to prove guilt.
