Potential Witnesses: Blurgh, Mayo, Lobster, double tap 2.0 (these are the only people I know that are on regularly and afaik witnessed it)
Reason to Ban: Bhopping (possibly scripting?), it's to the point that no one could kill/catch him
Proof: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7xnn3LxtJTA&feature=youtu.be (Don't know if the HD version is done processing yet...but I mostly watched drippiest. Even when I'm not spectating him, you can see him bhopping in the background of others.)
Other: ThisShitSlaps (STEAM_0:1:95523073) also was bhopping and rdm'd several people but I don't have proof of that.
