There are 3 clips in the video. The last one is when he became a bit more obvious.
He left after that round when someone called him out in voice chat. His ping along wwit my ping/FPS are shown within the video to make sure that I was not lagging or he did not have ping lag.

Won't be available to handle this, but nice catch. 1+ on the cheats for this guy. His aimbot shake needs adjusting.
