Other: I don't have the proof of the murder baiting but they kept going up to one certain person and kill binding causing people to believe they were the murderer however my obs decided to stop recording and not record my voice in game

Was there! can confirm that Fluxx was targetting jupiter several times during the game and did throw popcorn at her several times. I'm unsure if he is also the one that pushed her into lava on MC_fissure, but if so that was also not cool.
When map switched to lego, Nero did warn Fluxx to stop murderbaiting because he would go up to someone and kill bind right next to them i.e. murderbaiting.
edit: forgot to put +1, I do think that a small ban might be in order though because this is reoccuring.

I wasn't there, but, based on the evidence, I will go with +1 on 24h ban. I hope it will make them understand that such behaviour is unacceptable.

As there is only 1 video of one round and 1 screenshot of rule breaking I cant really count targeting in his ban reason. I issued a 2 day ban for the other offenses. If he comes back and you continue to have issues with him please record more and make another ban request.
