Based off of what I could find on the 2 names i know https://www.gametracker.com/player/depression/64.94.238.128:27015/ and https://www.gametracker.com/player/h%20r%20TwitchScr8bz/64.94.238.128:27015/ I cant see any real active time on server or 44 hours so if you have any other names please comment them below.

it's because of the constant name change he has done to troll on the server (to inappropriate names infact).
but like what traitor said, your previous app was rejected and you can reapply only after the 30 days.

they all cleared it up for you, but yes i should of posted a time stamp on when you can reapply which would of been either, 27 or 28th of September

So im gonna go ahead and Deny this app as you normally have to wait at least 30 days before you can reapply again,
which was my fault i didn't tel you. So this time tho i will say you have to wait and can reapply Oct 1st 2020
