I warned him multiple times to stop and gagged him each time I heard him say it and he didn't listen.
GM Nate isn't innocent either for targeting him and enabling him but it's still no excuse to call someone the N word. If I had proof of Nate's targetting I would have reported him as well but I didn't unfortunately.

Ye +1 he said it a whole lot, was asked multiple times to stop, didn't stop, said it a whole lot some more. I tried to record one to throw in here too but didn't think to hit my bind in time apparently and it didn't catch it.
