+1 for at minimum a day ban for RDM and leave. He did only serve 1 of his two slays.

I suspect this player was ghosting with STEAM_0:1:32554822 (Coalition of Croatian Seniors).
They were steam friends, both came in to constantly RDM, and both left around the same time, with CCS saying "see ya losers" when N30N left.
Both also false reported, as shown in my screen shot link above.
I don't think N30N hits the threshold of constant RDM, but i would recommend a 2-week ban for ghosting.
