Other: Goose! has been on our TTT watchlist for donor abusing before in addition to being warned prior for this and now that it has been shown to be a reoccurring issue I believe it best to demote them to supporter.

I have seen Goose! not taking their Donor rank seriously since they got it. Idk how Donor strikes work so idk if its a big enough offense to demote to supporter right away, but at the very least he needs to be shown to follow the donor guidelines.

Further donor abuse observed 1/28/21. Individual appears to intentionally seek out conflict with other players and uses his powers punish said players. The second instance of a mute occurred while I was also in dead chat and trying to ascertain what the conflict between this individual and another player was, as the screenshot illustrates. Individual chose to add a first mute while I was alive in-game, which I promptly removed because I suspected it was a false mute. The second mute was clear abuse.

It's unacceptable that he is using his powers to abuse other players. I banned for 3 days to prevent any more players being abused by this guy while we wait for a demotion.
