What They Did: Constant staff harassment/disrespect. Exhausted trying to talk to this kid/ask him to do things. Constant back talk of "You're a bitch, shitty t-mod, I hate pauling" etc

Other: My video evidence of me giving him a temp 12 hour ban is corrupted, I am trying to recover it. But the ban is on Global Ban and I believe its also included in my screenshots.
Basically I am exhausted trying to reason with this kid, he is rude, refuses to listen, makes snide remarks towards me and targets me. Which is easy since I am staff, but obviously he isn't going to change and isnt good for the server since I believe @"Burb" and Blurgh have had a mess of a headache with him too.
Basically, I would like to ask for removing of donor status and a permanent ban from the server. Which is what I think should be happening regardless seeing that he is causing these issues on other servers as well.

I think this request should be on the ban requests not abuse reports . He shouldn't talk about you like that .It should definitely be banned for longer (permanent or too long).Also He was doing same thing in murder server to burb(he is perma banned) .I propose a community ban

I no longer have the video that got Enchilada perma-banned from murder. However, Enchilada would flame and target players on the murder server (mostly the women) and abused his donor powers. This included kicking and gagging people for no good reason. That being said, I have no trouble believing he has been causing trouble on the PH server. If he has done enough to get temp-banned, a perma-ban may be necessary. I'm sorry I don't have any video evidence to correlate this, I may look through relay later and see if there's any evidence in there, but that's my 2 cents.

Mh thats fine, I mean considering all things if he only gets the temp ban whatever but I know he's just gonna become an even bigger headache. Its just dumb

If we ban people permanently for mass RDM on first offense, then this guy should definitely take a permanent ban for this, especially if he's been banned for similar garbage on other servers.

The kid had been banned from murder back in July for rdm, toxicity and harassment of a player. Half a year has passed since then and he hasn't changed at all. Probably, he never will.
Unfortunately, the video evidence we had on him is no longer available. I'm just gonna attach some screenshots showing the reaction of former murder staff of what they saw.
Every time Pauling is doing her job, Enchilada is attacking her. Calling staff 'the most annoying tmod' and 'a bitch' and how he hates her for telling rule breakers that they break the rules? Especially when he's the one doing that? Interesting.
It's +1 from me. Not for donor abuse though, but for a ban. I know how exhausting it is to deal with such people. It is clear that he knows what he's doing and he's not going to stop.

After serving his 12 hour ban - he seems to have calmed down a bit. I would like to ask that this gets closed off and we can reference to this for future evidence if needed
