What can you do to help the community: Given the moderator position I could provide quick assistance to bans with fellow staff. I can communicate with the team to help in various places, and not just for TTT. I think I can provide support on details, provide feedback and ideas, help abscent fellows be up to date and help mantain or build the shape of the community in general terms.
Why you want to help the community: I've had fun with this and I think I've explored certain aspects I didn't even dare to touch before in terms of personality. (Thanks!) I'm interested on helping the Dinkleberg's GMod project because it's been a nice place to grow. Also because the people has been memorable.

GameTracker is giving me around 552.56 hours (search for "ynthray" since one of his more active names is (s)ynthray.
This is one of the easiest +1's i've ever given, but I want to give more of an explanation when I have more time and am not sleep deprived. I'll update this later :)

What's to say that hasn't already been said. You are great. You don't have issues with our community and know the balance of when to act and when not to. I appreciate all the hard work you put into the server and know that you will keep at it in the future.

Ok, so to preface this: While I supported synthray's application when he moved from trusted to test moderator, I wasn't entirely sure if he was ready to actually make the move. There were certain rule-related actions that seemed a bit, off, to me - and I had sent Nicol feedback that I wasn't sure synth was ready to make the jump. However, he was promoted.
Wow. Was I ever wrong to doubt his abilities.
Synthray has put in so much effort into pretty much everything. His actions have included:
- Pretty much turning RDM reports into a contest - you have to be fast to take a report before synthray takes it
- Handles micspam/harassment behavior well & with decisiveness but yet class.
- Very active in rule & staff discussions
- Development skills - the man can come up with all sorts of ideas to fix an issue something is having
- Map development - he has a patch that is currently being tested to fix many of the exploits in TTT Casino
- Even forum signatures - he made @bryanbrr's signature line as well as his own.
While it is a bit difficult to remain unbiased since we have basically advanced through the staff ranks arm-in-arm in TTT and discord, I feel that synthray has the time, talent, and expertise to make a real impact on the TTT server.
Just don't burn yourself out good sir - advice I share with both you and myself :)
