The russian spammer - gerbil - 04-08-2021
Offender's Name & Steam ID: Алекс STEAM_0:0:574391931
Potential Witnesses: @unfortunatepossum Has dealt with them previously based on listings, she may provide more evidence
Reason to Ban: Horrendous Mic Spam
Proof:
Evidence from 02/27/2021 Listing:
Witness: Aki (cant ping for some reason)
Evidence from 08/04/2021 Listing:
Possum tells me of their listing that issues for a kick which I do so with her permission/confirmation
Other: I kicked after review of previous listings provided and the go ahead by Moderator to kick. (listed 4 times)
He didn't get a warning for the most recent offense but I am sure he is aware of what mic spam is and that its against the rules.
He has served:
- 3 round gags before leaving (1 by me, Another by Possum, And by Donors)
- A map gag (by Possum)
- A kick (issued by me with permission)
- Attempted TEMP Ban (but Special characters made it not stick)

I know it's generally a day ban or so for mic spam but seeing it's a mix of trolling, racism, and mic spam I just decided to up it to a week.
