If I remember correctly I think this is the spot on top of the speakers in the theater, which isn't illegal, just not seeable on spectator cam. Did you check out where he was by switching to spectator freecam (space)?

Thank you for the report but this spot isn't illegal. If you would have free spectated him you would have seen that Vis was on top of the speakers in the theater room.
