Can you post the RDM report or logs?
Also with 2 aslays, was it a t-t rdm or two separate rdm's?

In the future RDM and Leave ban request must have evidence of the RDM. Either the RDM manager report or logs are equally fine.
That being said since the player is now perma'd for hacking i'm going to close this.
