Other: Second offense according to PTW. Also was verbally ghosting in lobby when he failed to kill someone his friend called out.
Also a note* First round is nearly useless. Not sure why I included it. The only good thing in round 2 is that his friend snapped to me in a low visibility spot. Everything else I feel is enough and useful.
