Quantum has indicated to me that he does not have further information to provide, thus I am proceeding with the ban as if staff were not online, not accounting for reports.
Given that 9 players died in 1 round, along with 1 instance of mass rdm, this qualifies as mass RDM under our current staff guidelines.
Thus, I have permanently banned the player for both consistent and mass RDM, with instructions on how to appeal.
