I believe we are at a very critical point of time where the server is in need of moderators. Wrom is easily one of the best T. Mods right now and has shown immense growth and improvement in his staffing. He understands how to manage the server and knows when to enforce rules. Since trusted, he has shown a continuous desire to help make the server a better place. I think Wrom would excel as a moderator and set a precedent and expectation for future mods to come. Wrom is an excellent staff member. I remember egging him on to apply for ttt staff when he still played mainly DR.
I continuously supported him, and will continue to do so. I think Wrom would make a better admin than Nicol someday (satire). He's got a really good grip on the rules and I think he could handle banning people on his own without the ban request.

Wrom's actions speak for themselves; he is someone I think can handle the responsibility of banning people if it is needed and I trust him completely.
