Can't really give an opinion on your staffing as we're not really on the server together all that much, or if we are, there's an abundance of staff so nothing usually happens.
In the context of activity though, I'd say you're set though. You've been consistent, and I've not seen any abuse threads on you or anyone saying anything negative towards you publicly (or privately) about how you staff. From what I've seen in discussions, you typically tend to give unbiased takes and I like that.

I really think you've made a solid change for the better. You've certainly turned things around and have become a really good staff member man. Proud of you.
Tmod isn't a super big jump on TTT but I think you'll manage it just fine.

-1, while I'm sure you're a nice person, just like a week ago you were micspamming constantly even after being gagged multiple times by moderators and even admins (honestly I'm surprised you weren't permagagged, maybe it's because the staff like you lol). I don't mean to crush any dreams but considering some people's apps are being -1'd just because they have a small warning that was recent, I feel like I'd chime in with this for fairness.
