Weirdly it was moved to be under the TTT Appeal Archive.
Honestly I would be a +1 here, seems like 4 years should be enough so spamming chat and a loose case of attempted Mass RDM. (Looks like only 2 actual people killed in the limited damage logs in the ban request.)

4 years is a long time
