YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE ON THE SERVER TO DDOS IT.
many hack clients have a crash/lag server feature but it is literally impossible to tell who it is unless you have rcon access like juan does
kicking guests is not a surefire way to tell who is doing it and this trend needs to stop before something really retarded happens

edit: also lagging the server does not equal a DDOS, just a DOS
