Dinkleberg's Discord Rules - Lost My Car To Gambling - 06-05-2024
Here, you will find our server rules for Discord. Please read them well, as you are expected to follow them at all times.
0. Have some decency
Show some semblance of an ability to self-govern. We should not have to teach you how to behave like a rational human being.
1. Abide by the Terms of Service
Abide by Discord's TOS and Community Guidelines.
2. Keep a positive atmosphere
Don't flame, insult, or harass others. Toxicity will not be tolerated.
- No inciting drama, baiting fellow members, or instigating/participating in arguments.
- No slur usage or bypassing the slur filter.
- No attention-seeking behavior.
- No edgy jokes, including telling others to kill themselves.
- Do not harass or flame staff. Belligerence may result in a timeout.
3. Respect people's boundaries
Respect the personal boundaries and privacy of others. The safety and comfort of our community members is our number one priority.
- Avoid asking personal questions or posting others' personal information.
- Don't stalk or harass other community members.
- Don't send another member unsolicited content that could cause discomfort, explicit or not.
- Coercion, blackmail, or threats of bodily harm (directed towards the message recipient, message sender, or any third parties) are all bannable offenses, even if they occur in DM's.
- The distribution, manipulation, or use of another community member's likeness without that person's explicit consent will not be tolerated.
4. No spamming or XP farming
This includes copypastas, ASCII art, emojis, stickers, gifs, videos, and pictures.
5. No soliciting relationships
This is not a dating server. Reaching out to other members to request social media handles unprompted is considered soliciting.
- If you are found to be soliciting a minor, you will be banned from the community, and reported to the proper authorities.
6. No NSFW or disturbing content
This includes (but is not limited to) content containing or describing animal abuse, sexual and physical violence, gore, or anything intended to cause discomfort or disgust.
- This includes any NSFW content involving minors, as well as discussion of such content.
- This rule also applies to your nickname, avatar, and status.
- Failure to follow this rule may result in an immediate ban.
7. Use appropriate, readable, and pingable nicknames
No long names, no URLs, no slurs, and no character-breaking names in your nickname.
8. No alt accounts
You may only use one account in this server, unless given explicit permission from a discord admin.
- If you are found to have more than one account, all accounts may be banned.
- Using an alt to evade a punishment will result in a more severe punishment.
9. No advertising, soliciting, or promoting
No advertising, soliciting, or promoting.
- No referral links.
- No buying/selling/trading.
- No polls or surveys.
- No personal social media profile links outside of the #creations channel.
- No begging, including soft begging.
10. No promotion of other servers
Do not advertise or excessively discuss another community or server. Do not post invitations to other servers.
11. Do not excessively ping
Only ping staff when necessary. Do not ghost-ping staff or server members.
12. No mini-modding
While we appreciate the support and assistance, issues should be handled and documented by a Discord staff member.
