Reasons for Warning to be removed: This happened when I was still relatively new to the server and didn't read the rules. But as time went on I learned and have gotten better about reading and understanding the rules.

It will expire so it's probably fine to let it sit IMO. Warn appeals are typically for when the warning was misapplied or if you feel it was unfair.
