What made you decide to apply?: Idk Tdawg mentioned something about it and doesn't seem like it would be a bad idea being apart of the community to help out even further
Anything else you would like to add?: I would just like to say thank y'all, love to be apart of the community even as a still newer member. Have made nothing but good memories and friends so far.

I appreciate that your experience speaks for itself, and that you would be a well-qualified member.
I would like to know what you would bring to the table for web staffing. I'm not against a short app but I would like some more information on what you would plan to do. God knows you aren't going to help this community with your horrendous rifle aim, so I'd like to hear more on your plan should you join. Obviously there's moderation, but what would your style be?
Specifically, what strategy would you take in terms of enforcement of shitposting, endless back and forth, etc?

If your ability to manage and clean up enemy teams in OW2 is any indicator, you'd be terrible for this.

Making sure people are having a actual discussion instead of just attacking anothers opinion. If they keep it up a message takes 2 seconds. Atp if they are still going well then its time for repercussions. I believe just like how if a cop puts a empty patrol car along a highway that people will slow down. That's how I feel about this role, just an "Intimidating presence" in order for people to less rude/dicks to others.
