That happened to me a couple months ago and the way I got around it was by joining a friend who was already in the server. Not the best fix but it worked for me.

I can not see the server as if it did not exist
I can enter other servers except this one

Hmm. You might need to enter the server directly, either through the console or through the legacy browser. Here is the IP Address: 64.94.238.145:27015

Thats what I had to do for a bit. Idk why it does that from time to time.

Go to Steam and go to Server under View for ones you have added. You can connect direct from there. I had to do that today as well because it didn't show up publicly.
