Sad day my recording took a shit as I was on my craptop when I recorded that the fps drop was to bad to even tell what was going on. So I have nothing other than what I witnessed while I was on.

After watching that video I can say that whatever cheat he is using is attempting to use silent aim but is doing it horrendously resulting in the spectator camera shaking and glitching like you saw.

Yes that was my pov. I was spectating strix as he was shooting mini. The aim was snapping through walls and he was hitting headshots that shouldnt actually be possible.
