Potential Witnesses: Connar, Dolphin Jazz, Enric, spooky derp
Reason to Ban: Consistently RDM or Mass RDM across multiple rounds and days but not enough for auto kick

Other: Whenever a mod leaves, he says no rules, proceeding to continue rdms, as well no ability to report as which he states. He only rdms so much as not to be karma banned, but consistently is in the 500 karma range sometimes.
Other other: Is this enough Gabe, or should I stop reports?
