Other: I'm not sure honestly if this is >enough SOLID< proof for a ban, if not, I'll put him in players to watch.

This player had over 3.000 Hours or so on Gmod and I thought he was a pro at first but when watching him for myself it seemed to good to be true 1+ needs a banned

I'd like to add myself I noticed the 3k hours, but he started going from prop to prop, and when he realized I was watching him, he left. He didn't return after that map.
