what do you think are pros and cons i just want to make sure that way when ever i do i get it right it will be my 5th time i dont want it to be my 10th and i still not be anything so tell me how to improve

I think you’re good for staff imo, but I feel that you should try to grasp the rules as much as possible, because on small occasions you rdm people with very, very minimal reason.

I hate to be this guy, but that’s BS.
Here’s the context of what was going on in the screenshot: People were spamming the N word and using different variations of it to by pass the rule and it was chaotic. Then all of a sudden you decide to spell Vinegar out of no where?
