If there was just a major gunfight, and you didnt know who killed who, you walk in, avoiding the Unidies because the guy who is left isn't proven as far as I know, and is staring at you, and kills you for not Idying the bodies...Im getting off track, would you stop to Id a body in the middle of a gunfight not knowing whether the T won or the Inno won?

Generally its the other person job to id the bodies, since you know he killed them, if hes just standing over them not iding them and just staring at you then I would kill him, however as soon and you shoot him he can kill you in self defense.

if they person is standing over the bodies then kill them its kosable unless they are activly trying to id it

Well. In this situation i would usually go back around a corner/ out the door and wait for bodies to be ided and then decide.
