Reason to Ban: Admitted in detail how he was crashing the server which caused the server to go from 10+ to 4 after causing mass lag and constant disconnects.

Other: Guy started talking about crashing the server and then did it several times causing mass lag and then after most users quit on trying to reconnect he explained in great detail how he was crashing the server

before this he said he was crashing the server using cmdstrings which is possible
