Other: I had done a friend check on I smoke big after a suspicious kill. Found out that flumphy was his friend on the other team. I smoke big had walked up to many props within the few rounds. AFter I had got the evidence i switched flumphy onto his friends side and then they had left not long after.

While he may have had a vac ban, it's pretty obvious he wasn't hacking. He wasn't going from prop to prop, and couldnt find several of them in the rooms his friend told him to go into.
