so on the tropical island map the awp one has the awp and it wont doesnt penetrate glass.

GMod doesn't have bullet penetration like CS:GO does.

lol then why does this map have end round mode to awp through glass? Might need to be fixed?

If you talking about the easy ending / minigame / whatever they're called, there should be gas inside it killing the deaths.
