Reason to Ban: Exploiting the grapple hook after way too many warning to stop.

Other: He has been warned by multiple staff. Including but not limited to most admins, Scoovie mostly, Penny, Mr. Potato, me. And probably multiple others. He comes on regularly and abuses the grapple each time he is on. I know personally I have told him multiple days in a row to stop abusing the grapple hook and most recently he responded with “Hey Ray can you not be a cunt, thanks” then continued to abuse the grapple hook. It states under rule 5 to “Do not try to escape the map bounds or exploit map/server bugs that provide an unfair advantage to gameplay.” which he wasn’t clearly doing by using the grapple hook in that manner.
