ZodiacKoltus - RDMing - stormroad - 08-21-2019 Offender's Name:  ZodiacKoltus Offender's SteamID:  STEAM_0:1:204433903 Potential Witnesses: Salsa, Bob lob, GCubed,   Reason to Ban: RDM    Proof:  Other: Waited until staff went offline to RDM, he RDMed myself and another, asked him why and told him to stop and he did it 2x more after, apparently stopped for a short break cause he was afraid of a karma ban, but then reset on map changed and karma reset then he RDMed again. Another user believes they might be ghosting.
