Reason to Ban: Constant rdming with friend (trolling basically but I only was able to screen shot the rdm)

Devoplayer and Heroiceckmann are banned. Checked old logs and didn't see enough for the others, but leaving open for other mods to come in and look as well.
(Some kills may have been warranted instead of rdm IMO)
