Potential Witnesses: Dawn, SoupAside, SpiritWolf, jadelawow, milky, and PL4UG3

Reason to Ban: ghosting

Proof: video, time skips in desc.

All of this I don't think was ghosting, but was just game play. However, I do believe that ghosting did occur at a few points.

We do not ban first time ghosters, but we will keep an eye out for them if they decide to return.
