Reason to Ban: in the video, you will see the mic and chat spam, followed by him spamming in admin chat. i warned, round-gagged then map-gagged, and also muted. i was able to record the first kick too and the 2 other kicks are posted as screenshots in the imgur link. i also included 2 instances of the admin chat spam (but there was more than that). He also wouldn't change the tag on his name as it was a slur and it bother other players.
