Technically rdm x2 since I only see 2 reports but then again the intent to mass is shown in the evidence anyway and the dude left shortly after anyway so 1+.

+1 Player in question shot me and multiple other players and while it does show 2 reports I saw in broad daylight they killed multiple people or at least attempted to.
